Be sure to complete the proper mail delivery forms so that you will receive your mail. There are 2 very important forms that you must remember to complete.
These forms are available in the MTN mailroom, at your local post office, or you may download them from this site.
- Change of Address form. Complete this form:
- If you are going away for the season
- If you no longer live at this address
- After you purchase a unit
- Resume Delivery/Cancel Forward slip. This form is not yet available online. Pick up a copy at the MTN office.
